2022 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Vaccine Policy
All amateur players, amateur player guests, and amateur caddies attending the 2022 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and comply with all other health and safety requirements of the host facilities and/or local, state or federal law.

Once you complete your tournament commitment form, you will receive a pre-arrival form to designate your tournament guest and submit a self-attestation of vaccination status for you and your guest.

Health and Safety Guidelines
Amateur players, amateur player guests, and amateur caddies will be required to comply with all health and safety requirements of the host facilities and/or local, state or federal law.

Current State of California policies state that face coverings are required when indoors.

Amateur Player Guest Policy
Due to the vaccine policy, each amateur player will be limited to one guest in Player Dining and all tournament events. This designated guest must be the same individual for the duration of the week.

COVID-19 Testing Service (only if needed)
Available to all players as an amenity, RokettMed, led by CEO Tracy Baldwin, will be on-site to perform rapid antigen tests. Please note, this is not a testing requirement, rather a service provided by the tournament. RokettMed will be located inside amateur fitness and available should you wish to be tested:
Monday, 1/31 – Wednesday, 2/2: 7:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, 2/3 – Saturday, 2/5: 6:00 – 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, 2/6: 6:00 – 9:00 a.m.

Once you have completed your Commitment Form, you will receive an email confirmation with download instructions. It may take up to 48 hours for your information to be added to the app after you complete your commitment form. We request that you allow push notifications to ensure you will receive real-time updates. The app will provide access to complete tournament details on your device such as schedule of events, caddie information, pairings, scoring, current field and more.

Reminders:
Only Tournament players are able to play during practice rounds.
Players are only permitted to book for themselves.
The use of a cart is not allowed during practice or tournament rounds.

The PGA TOUR requires that all players have a photo identification credential. If you have participated in a previous AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, we will use the photo on file. If you are not a prior participant, please email a headshot to Erin Wareham: ew@mpfca.org or click on the link below. Player Hospitality areas will be restricted to credentialed individuals only.

Being an official PGA TOUR event, players are required to have a caddie, are responsible for securing a caddie, and paying caddie fees. The standard recommended caddie rate is $200 per day which includes gratuity. All amateur handicaps/indexes will be verified through your golf club or association and are subject to review and modification by the tournament committee.

Pairings and tournament round tee times will be released the evening of Wednesday, February 2^nd. Pairings will be available electronically here and the player app.
